TELCOMA Global / Business Services
Operations you can hand over and stop thinking about.
Since 2009 we have built and run a training platform used by more than 200,000 professionals. Doing that well meant processing records accurately every single day, for years, without drama. We now run that same discipline as a service for other businesses — the back-office work that has to be right, and the software that eventually replaces it.
What we do
Two problems, and we handle both ends of them.
Almost every business we meet has a gap between two systems that no software has closed yet. Information arrives in one place and has to exist in another. Someone keys it across. We can be that someone — and when the volume justifies it, we can be the people who build the bridge so nobody has to.
Service 01 — the one most clients start with
Data entry and back-office operations
We work inside your systems, the way your own staff would. Web portals, ERPs, CRMs, job and inventory systems, accounting packages, internal tools nobody outside your company has ever heard of. If a new employee could be trained on it, so can our team.
A live example of the work
A distributor takes orders through its website. Every one then has to be re-entered by hand into the system that actually runs the business — customer and delivery details, each line with its product and option codes, pricing, and the date the account starts being charged. Dozens a week, and one code missed on entry becomes a delivery that turns up wrong. We take that queue, key it the same day, and check every record twice before it is marked complete.
Accuracy is not a promise we make loosely. Every process starts with a written procedure that you sign off. Critical fields are verified on a second pass. Anything ambiguous goes to an exception queue and comes back to you rather than being guessed at. You get a short daily report showing what was completed, what is outstanding, and what we had to query.
Service 02
Software development
Sometimes the honest answer to a data entry problem is that it should not be done by hand at all. We will tell you when that is the case, and we can build the fix.
Service 03
E-learning and course production
This is the work we have done longest. We design, produce and publish training programmes end to end. We run our own catalogue on Teachable and publish to it every month, so this is not theory — it is the system we operate ourselves.
Service 04
Technical documentation
Standard operating procedures, product manuals, onboarding material, training guides. Written by people who have spent years explaining complicated systems to people who need to use them tomorrow.
Service 05
Dedicated support teams
When the work is ongoing rather than a project, you get named people rather than a queue. The same team every day, working your hours, reporting to whoever you nominate.
Confidentiality & data protection
Your data does not leave your systems.
Much of the work we are trusted with involves personal information — customer names, addresses, contact numbers, and in some sectors health-related details about vulnerable people. That information stays your legal responsibility even while we are the ones handling it. We treat it accordingly, and we are happy to be held to every point below in writing.
We work inside your platforms, using accounts you create and control. We do not export your database, we do not hold copies, and we do not move your records onto our own infrastructure. Your data stays exactly where you put it, under whichever jurisdiction and hosting arrangement you already comply with.
A confidentiality agreement is signed before anyone is given a login. Individual staff sign it too, not just the company.
You are told exactly who will work on your account. Nobody else touches it, and you approve any change to that list.
Access is through user accounts you issue, at the permission level you choose, revocable by you instantly and without asking us.
Work is done on managed machines. No downloading records, no personal email, no messaging your files around.
Because we work in your system under named accounts, every record we touch carries who entered it and when. You can check us.
If anything goes wrong, you hear it from us the same day and in writing — early enough to meet your own notification obligations.
Getting started
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
We do not ask anyone to commit to a volume before we have proved we can handle it. The pilot exists so that you are deciding on evidence rather than on a sales conversation.
You walk us through it
A call where someone who actually does the work shows us the process, screen by screen.
We write it down
We produce the written procedure and send it back for your sign-off. If we misunderstood anything, it surfaces here rather than later.
A paid pilot
A small batch of real work, at real volume, so accuracy and turnaround are measured rather than promised.
We scale to your volume
Agreed daily capacity, agreed accuracy target, weekly reporting. Reviewed monthly with you.
How we charge
Three models. We will tell you which one suits you.
Dedicated resource
A fixed monthly rate per person. Best when the work is continuous and you want the same team learning your business.
Per record or transaction
You pay for what we process. Best when volume moves around and you want cost to move with it.
Fixed-scope project
A quoted price for a defined piece of work — a migration, a clean-up, a build. Best when there is a finish line.
Why us
We built the discipline for our own business first.
Running an education company at our scale is not glamorous work. It is enrolments, learner records, catalogue data, content pipelines and support queues, handled correctly every day since 2009. We are not an agency that discovered operations as a line of business. We are operators who were already doing it, and who noticed how many companies are held back by the same unglamorous work.
If you have a process that runs on somebody's patience rather than on a system, we should talk. We will give you a straight assessment of whether it is better outsourced, better automated, or better left alone.
Start a conversation
Tell us what the process is.
A short call is usually enough for us to tell you what it would take and roughly what it would cost. No obligation, and no pressure afterwards.
